Welcome to the new Ghost Divas blog and website. If you’re new, please have a look at the About page. We have links to our radio show, our books, videos, goodies, and to all our great friends and colleagues in the army fighting this never ending battle against stupidity with us. Visit them often.
Please be aware that we deliver the truth in a very blunt manner – if you are easily offended, the Ghost Divas may not be for you. If you’re interested in the truth, the whole truth, and some humor, jump right in!
I do agree with you on the paranormal shows you have done the things you claim not to have done. IE, lie about someone and make false accusations against several people. Are you not publicity whore mongers yourselves by making appearances. In one blog you both about someone knocking you off some tye of appearance Once again putting others down for the very things you have done. You enjoy hurting others, period. You are a prime example of what is wrong with this field. So stop laying the blame on everyone else and take responsibility for what you have done.
Actually, no we haven’t, but thanks for playing.
No, we have never lied or made false accusations about anyone, but we would be glad to see the proof you have of that. You’ll be hard pressed to find any because it simply doesn’t exist.
Publicity whore mongers? That’s a new one. Have we spoken at events? Sure – because we were ASKED to. Because people want to hear what we have to say. Oh yeah, and people laugh and enjoy our presentations immensely. Also, we do it for FREE, we don’t get anything out of it than maybe making some great new friends. The person you refer to that knocked us off of the one venue did so by LYING and you know what? The people that she lied to have since come to us and said they realized they were wrong.
You are a prime example of absolutely not getting it one bit. You’re one of the people that equate being honest with being mean.
We don’t lie and if honesty “hurts” someone then perhaps they need to take a long hard look in the mirror.
Have a great day.
Nice they took down my post. Nothing but hypocrites!
Actually, your comment is posted under the post titled “A New Beginning” – where you left it. We don’t remove comments. But nice try.
My apologies. I was on the wrong “day” Sorry to anyone operating this site that I offended
First of all I would like to say I listened to the broadcast last night, and I commend all of you for voicing what was NEEDED to be said. There wasn’t any bashing, there was, however, a great deal of heartfelt feelings on how other people do their so called “Paranormal” work. It is one thing to have a plummer come to your home to fix a leaky pipe…you have to pay that person. IMO, when you help someone, do you really need a camera crew following your every move?
My dad always told me, “Help people when you can. Don’t do it because it makes you feel good, do it because you CAN.” The Divas don’t charge a fee to listen to their shows, they don’t get paid to do a show, they do it on their own free time to help and enlighten others. They help out of the goodness of their own hearts, not from greed or desire to profit from others misfortunes. Anyone with common sense knows that and can see it with their eyes. Theirs is a desire to discover that of the unknown and to help others along the way. I applaud the divas and others like them who stand up for what they believe in and for staying true to themselves. Actions, my friends, always speak louder than words.
I think I met a Whore Monger once. The meeting is so clear in my mind. I think she divorced me. Good Mongering.
I recently came across your website and the podcasts which I have been listening to, catching up. I really enjoy your show for many reasons but the main one is listening to people that have experienced similar things. I grew up in a haunted house, it’s not a very well known house or anything like that but it’s a very old Mexican mansion, close to 200 years old now I think. Anyway, having grown up there I know that what we experienced happened only every so often. It wasn’t every night or even every week for that matter. But over the years the things we saw were furniture moving, a vapor moving horizontally across the room, and seeing the originally owner walking up a staircase to the second floor, neither the staircase or second floor existed at the time. There was much more, but my point is that these things were experienced over a long period of time. So for any group to investigate a “haunted” place and actually walk away with something is about the same as winning at Vegas. It’s a long shot. I also learned along time ago, that what other people think of my claims doesn’t matter to me. I prefer not to give them the power over me, to allow what they think to have any impact on me. Just because they don’t believe it doesn’t change the truth, doesn’t mean it did not happen.
As a photographer I have to laugh at all the photos that claim to capture a presence especially the orbs, seeing the flash reflecting off of dust being called a sprit, well it’s provides some amusement. I have seen one photo that had orbs that a flash was not used on and it’s the only one that makes me think twice.
I do think it is very sad that we have so many paranormal shows on now, that could have provided validation and instead are proving the skeptics correct. By falsifying evidence these shows are probably doing so much damage to the study of paranormal activity that it can never be corrected. I believe that evidence should always be questioned and verified, but what they are doing will make validating the evidence even more critical and harder to do.
Keep up the good work and thanks for taking the time to stand your ground.
