I understand that you divas want to tell it like it is. I really respect that, I honestly do. Honest question, don’t you think this is bringing more negativity than you want? I mean I know you gals and guys don’t really care what people say, but will it ever get to a point where you don’t want to deal with it anymore?
I don’t care what people say. I’m going to say what I want about the current situation in the paranormal community.
It’s not negative to speak one’s mind, only negative to those that fear opinions.
Is it at the point where I don’t want to deal anymore?
Don’t want to “deal with it” by any means. If I wanted to “deal” with it, I would accept it. I don’t accept this imaginary world full of demons and specters that TV and idiots have created. It gets old, and at times it’s like beating a dead horse. But, I can go to sleep at night knowing that me having the courage to speak out against those people that exploit people and history. I sleep just fine.
I am sick and tired of the ignorance that has flooded this field. It’s not about being “book smart” its about people lacking common sense. There are more yokels floating around claiming to be scientists than ever. To me, this is a big problem. To others, oh well. They don’t need to look then.
I agree. The field has become polluted with every little person who can afford the equipment, armed only with what they watch on TV as their guide and off they go a ghost hunting. No research…that’s boring…just balls to the wall looking for demons and ghosties. If they limit themselves to pictures of dust from cemeteries…fine. But we all know that they’ll eventually end up in a residence somewhere, and that is where I start to have an issue. Preach on Diva’s. Maybe someone will get the message someday.
I agree with that 100 percent…too many people claiming to be “demonologists” and all that jazz…and they just got into the paranormal field after watching a paranormal tv show. It’s dangerous to themselves and anyone they try to help. I applaud your efforts in trying to expose it for what it is. I was just curious about that aspect of it…if you just wanted to throw your hands up and be like “screw it…they’re brainwashed….just let nature take it’s course…morons”

thanks for the compliment tonya….i do “get it” cause i have complained with a buddy of mine on these same subjects for years….it’s refreshing to see a public area….to where i can meet and interact with other like minded folks

Well my big thing is, I have investigated for years. I have never come away with evidence from every…single….investigation. To even think it’s possible is asinine at best. To see it on television like this is just all in a days work makes everyone that says “i’m an investigator” or “i’m a ghost hunter” look stupid. There have been many folks over the years that have expressed their distaste with the methods…and the way these shows are put forth.
People buy into this crap. It’s not cool. I don’t care if GH….PS….GHI…..or even ghost adventures say “we never fake evidence” ….i think it’s a load (although i have to say that i will watch GA every once in a while cause i think zak and crew are hilarious on investigations….they censor almost as much as the osbournes was lol)
It’s giving people ideas to go out and try to find “ghost hunting equipment” on ebay….or walmart…or radio shack or what not…and these folks don’t know a ghost from a whisp of fog.
They are dangerous in their ignorance, and can possibly hurt themselves physically or spiritually. The truth needs to be heard…and I’m glad someone is here to help put it out here

I think what the Ghost Divas are doing is just like a lot of talk show radio programs.The hosts have a platform in which they’re able to express their opinions and give ample room for others, the listeners to do the same. i don’t understand these people who complain about you complaining? Like all talk shows if you don’t like them or are offended in some way then don’t listen, right?
